Shimano EW WU111 D Fly Wireless Unit for Di2 Systems ANT Bluetooth

The Di2 wireless unit is a compact wireless data transmitter. It easily plugs into the E-tube wiring system and seamlessly connects Di2 equipped bikes to a compatible wireless cycle computer. Shimano D-Fly transmits data through a proprietary private ANT wireless protocol and allows riders to monitor Di2 gear position, battery life, as well as some other common rider data functions. The Di2 Wireless Unit is powered by the same Di2 battery that powers the Di2 shifting system. It is compatible with ANT+ devices like the Shimano Action Camera CM-1000 or the PRO SCIO ANT+ cycling computer.

EW-WU111 Di2 D-Fly ANT+ Wireless Unit

One feature on the EW-WU111 is a wireless Bluetooth connection to Shimano's E-TUBE program, which is the system Shimano uses to set up and control the Di2 shifting behaviour. Through Bluetooth technology riders or mechanics can wirelessly communicate with the EW-WU111 wireless data transmitter unit via a computer, tablet or a smart phone. As well as allowing wireless workshop customizability, it allows riders to customize their shifting preferences on the trail via an app on their smartphones.

Attention: The new integrated BT-DN110 battery or the external battery mount (BM-DN100) is strictly required.
